Tangible Thoughts SharePoint, MOSS? and all the other questions

I use to find the Microsoft Webcasts a great resource. It is very usefull for finding out about a new Microsoft technology or really comming up to speed about a technology concept. Infact I was quite a proponent of it claiming that Microsoft are real nice people making such great resources available (for free I might add). And I am sure the webcasts did their own bit in marketting MS products and technologies. It used to be quite fantastic.

Yes I said “Used To Be“. Previously you could go through the list previous webcasts and view them through the Interwise Participant Player (which was free download), and voila, you know a little more than you did before.

But not any more. All webcasts after October 2003 are based on Office Live Meeting, which costs atleast a few pennies (last time I checked). Which in effect will do at least a bit of harm to technology adoption and competancy

Isnt is just the meeting organiser that needs to have (i.e. pays for) a subscription to Office Live Meeting ?
