When it comes to MMORPGs there are several titles out
there. But 3 titles actually reign. World of WarCraft,
EverQuest and GuildWars
.
Lately I
havent heard much about EQ. WOW used to reign supreme, holding the #1 spot on
the www.MMORPG.com's
user rated games list. But
the new kid on the block, GuildWars has kicked it off its top spot.
Then recently there was this snippet on a gamespot
article.
"... a large number of designers
assigned to the project had left Blizzard for NCsoft,
..."
On the
flip side the good news for WoW fans is that there is word of an expansion in the works
