Xentient Thumbnails
I came across this cool explorer shell extention a few weeks back. Its called Xentient Thumbnails, its free and what it does is pretty interesting. For your image files, when you are viewing them in explorer as icons (either large icons or small icons), it replaces typical icon image with a redition of the actual image in the file. Even though this is a cool utitlity I am not sure what the gain because all it does is give you what the thumbnail view already gives you only at the 16x16 and 32x32 sizes. ......

Customizing the Pod
So sometime back I got myself an Ipod Video – Special offer on Amazon (I think it still on, the 30GB one goes for 260+). So now that I’ve got it, its time to customize the Pod (thats what I am calling it). Ordered myself an Iskin – Got Videora Ipod Converter to convert my videos to mp4 – which kind a has few gltiches, interface isnt really pristine, and sometimes refuses to convert some videos. Anina on Fashion, Blogging and Technology
I just came across this video which apparently was aired on Anina who is a model (can i say top international model?) talks about the use of mobile technology when travelling. Its very interesting to see how technology is being put to use, and this is one good testimony of its use. You should read her blog, she seems very passionate about technology in fashion.
