A Louisiana Town is planning on imposing a law banning Sagging Pants. Anyone breaking this law could get a 6months in jail term or a $500 fine.

Wow! But what if someone from out of town who didn't know the law drove in. Would they lose 6 months of their life in the locker for wearing loose pants?

I think that if not everyone is gonna wear the same thing then nobody should complain about anyones coice of clothing. Not unless the whole world wheres a uniform then this law will not work and is ridiculous.

Only if they knew the History; the true History!
Before Hip Hop music and before the Prison System.
Let go back to slavery time to find the REAL HISTORY of Sagging

Good Idea but you going after sagging pants offenders but what about parole violators and common criminals. Is the town in need of extra revenues and have nothing better to do with their time.

First- let's not forget that this is the United States of America (Home of the FREE!) and we are free to express our selves in our own way without the fear of someone being able to say-Oh! you can't do that. It's unprofessional for someone to want to do that to the extent of showing there A$$ crack but we can't sit here and pretend and act like that's even remotely close as to someone standing on the corner smoking a crack pipe or saleing the drugs to our youth! I fight to support our freedom, not to have it taken away from our own people. I am a ferm believer that one should conduct themselves as a professional as well as present themselves as one. I feel that by creating this law would be on the up side but only with it being that if your A$$ crack is shown then you could get in trouble. What I mean is that who is someone to tell me that if I want to sag my pants below my A$$ and have a long enough shirt so that you wont see my crack that I can't.

It's hard to believe what bothers people. Young people have been misunderstood since I can remember. Saggy pants are a fashon statement and that's all. At least there butts are covered with there under ware. It's not offensive! It's fabric. What's offensive and completely exceptible is a womans exposed 6"clevage on there fat jiggly unhealthy breast which they flaunt to get perverted men excited. Do us all a favor and make that illegal!!!
