Jeff Prosise at the STL C# User Group meeting...
This past Wednesday night , the C# SIG of the STL.NET User Group hosted guest speaker Jeff Prosise. He gave an excellent presentation on .NET Web Security and talked a lot about SQL injection attacks and cross scripting attacks. It was very educational. Jeff had never been to STL, so before the meeting the SIG leaders took him sight-seeing, including a trip up the St. Louis Arch. After the meeting, I took Jeff out to a local pub for dinner along with a few other SIG members. Jeff is absolutely one ......

Disappointed by the Matrix, seek an Elf
Went with some friends last night to see the new movie Elf, staring former SNL star Will Ferrell. It was an excellent movie. Nothing groundbreaking, but very funny. Ferrell stars as a human who was adopted and raised by one of Santa's elves. Eventaully he discovers that he is not an elf, but a human and treks to New York City to find his father. Overall a really good movie, plus they had the LOTR trailer in the previews ......
