Intentional Thinking Enrique Lima

EMC provides us with 2 great tools, I have talked about the experience of deploying Scrum for Team System Template Version 3.  Now they have released the Scrum Master’s Workbench.

What is this tool about?  Many times it is challenging for a Scrum Master to keep tabs on the items going on when there are many places to look.  This tool allows for us to connect to any Team Foundation Server project and interact with the work items using task board, item list and control project iteration path information.

Crispin Parker, who I would define as the voice of SfTS and the Workbench, has recorded a number of webcasts explaining the way to work with the tool.

Here is the link to the Workbench site:  http://consultingblogs.emc.com/crispinparker/archive/2010/06/17/scrum-masters-workbench-goes-gold.aspx
