INETA, a non-profit organization dedicated to the
support of Windows-programming based user groups, is
adding two new board members.

In the search for these new additions, we are asking
for either your application and/or suggestions for
these posts.

INETA will decide sometime in November. A board
member's position on the board lasts for three years.

If you are interested, we ask for you to submit a
small "resume" (of sorts) which details out your
involvement with INETA and/or community-based user
groups. (Send to with the subject line: “INETA Board Position“)

Duties will include:
* Involvement with board decisions
* Assisting with the management of a budget
* Involvement with weekly teleconferences
* Participation with quarterly board meetings
* Occasionally dealing with accounting, budgeting, legal dealings and more
* Involvement with Vendors which include teleconferences, meetings, discussions via email threads, vendor-based community programs and more
* Dealing with press to present INETA's goals, mission and accomplishments
* Working on various projects that can include large events, user group events, speaker liaisons, proposal generation, report generation and more

We are looking for a person that is dedicated to the
user group community and sees the power of independent
user groups, their members and their goals within
their separate communities.
