Amazon.com phishing expedition
Just got the following email that leads you to believe that Amazon.com is having a problem with a recent credit card charge - if you get a similar email don't fall for it. The embedded link will take you to a page where it will ask you for your credit card no and even your pin # - like they need to know your pin. Don't fall for it! If you look close at the link you will see http://secure.amazon.com.lo... At first glance, it looks like you are going to secure.amazon.com ......

Maybe the courts should get involved
OK, you could not have scripted this one better to prove a point. NetFlix just settled a class-action suit (not admitting any wrong-doing) that complained that their marketing practices were deceptive when they claimed “unlimited movies every month” and “delivery in a day”. I am shocked that I didn’t pick up on the math when I signed up. I was certain that I could rent 3 movies at a time and still be able to “theoretically” rent an unlimited number of movies ......
