One of the biggest aim of BPOS is to help organization simplify management and increase productivity. So what I’m going to show in this post is how simplified it is to setup your outlook client with the help of Single Sing In Tool. Do take note that you need to have at least .NET Framework 2.0 installed in your machine before you can install this.

For a start, you need to download the tools from the home tab of your admin portal. Below is a screen shot of that.

To start, double click on the icon.

If security warning window pop up, click run.

Click Next on the Welcome screen

Accept License Term and click Next

Input the install location and click Next

In Ready to Install window click Install

Once the setup is completed, click Finish

Sign in with your email and temp password provided

Change your password as requested and click Save

Once you get the notification as show below, you have successfully changed your password.

Once password is changed, select the Microsoft Office Outlook and click Configure application

The tool will fire up your outlook and start configuring which look like the screenshot below

So once you see your outlook launched, you are done with the configuration.

Typo in second line. It should be sign not sing. Although I absolutely love the idea of singing (aka voice recognition) to sign in :-)
