Recently in a project I wanted to make sure that my ASP.Net Output Cache is cleared when I import new Content in to the Production Environment. After a little research I found it it's not that hard. In MCMS 2001 Microsoft used to have an API call called ServerCountChanged or something similiar. In MCMS 2002 there is no such call but there is an Event that we can hook into ....

Microsoft.ContentManagement.We­b.Caching.CmsHttpCachePolicy.C­urrent.AddValidationCallbackAl­lCmsContent();

This willl have the same effect as in the older version with
ServerCount variable i.e. all the cache wil be dumped as soon as any
thing changes on MCMS
