There is now a really good, up-to-date, PocketPC / Windows Mobile installer at www.pocketpcInstaller.com

It creates two types of standalone installer .exe files - one for your PDA, one for your Desktop. Just choose which of the two .exe's is most suitable for you, and ignore the other one.

Both files contain all of your PocketPC .cab files and other files, compressed, in an intelligent installer package.
